I am unable to electronically file my return, since the "Pay With Your Credit Card" page that loads after clicking the "Pay with credit card" blue button is empty.
While this was reported for prior versions, the recommendations did not solve the issue (i.e. Run as Administrator, Screen scaling.)
This affects 2023 TurboTax Premier on Windows 11.
