 I got overcharged I was charged twice for my taxes $39 twice for some reason I thought I was only supposed to be charged once

    Well Deluxe is $39 for federal.   Did you do a state return?  State is an extra charge.  Then there is an Extra $40 Refund Processing Service charge (45 in California) if you want the fees deducted from your refund.
