I asked for the 80 buck payment to be taken out of my taxes, my paper work showed it taken out, but now I have to pay for it?

You would definitely want to check and make sure the fees were taken out of your refund. If they weren't and you feel you are being billed twice, you would want to use the link provided below to reach out to TurboTax directly and make them aware of the billing issue:
