PC/Windows (Not Supported)

My email notifying me that the 2023 software is available, it says I purchased the Windows version.

When I start the process of downloading the 2023 software, I enter the license code that came with the email.   I then get a choice of 2 radio boxes with Mac highlighted and the PC/Windows (Not Supported) grayed out.  I called tech support and they walked me through the download process only to have me download 2022 again.  Not sure what to do, 2023 software is needed.

    You're probably going to have to contact Support (again).
