I live outside the US but I have a US phone number of a friend. I have entered that in Turbo Tax but it is not showing on the return. I worry that if there are any questions, IRS will not be able to reach me through my out of country address if there is no phone number for them to reach me.
Please don't be concerned - the IRS is never going to call you with a question about your return. They will mail you at whatever address (including foreign) is listed on your return.
