    To make payment arrangements for the TurboTax account fees you will need to use the phone number in the email you received from TurboTax requesting payment.

    Or you contact TurboTax support who handles all billing issues.

    Support is closed on the weekends.

    Support is open from 5am to 5pm Pacific time, Monday thru Friday

    Are you asking about the Advantage Auto Renew plan so you don't get charged next November for the Desktop program?
