Please help: Foreign capital gain

I have foreign capital gain and don't have 1099 B. I wanted to enter it in area of Stock, Mutual fund and Others. I searched Q&A, and there are answers indicating that Turbotax asks if you receive 1099-B or not. But I have no where to find this question. I am directly led to a 1099 B form. What can I do?

I am using Home&Biz desktop.

The first screen after "Add an Account" or "Add More Sales" is "Did you get a Form 1099-B or Brokerage Statement for these sales?"

See the following screenshot for aid in navigating.
