Please help, I’ve already paid and it won’t let me complete.

I’ve gone through and filled out all my boxes on the mobile app. I’ve gotten all the way till the end where I sign And e file. I’ve already paid turbo tax, and it’s telling me there’s another box I have to complete but it won’t let me complete it. Every time I click complete it just says the same thing. I’ve even tried logging in on my computer but it just does the same thing.

I waited a whole hour on hold just for someone to pick up without saying anything and hang up on me!!

At this point I’m starting to think this is a scam…. Please help!!!!!

No one can see your tax return. What box on what form is causing the issue?

It’s the Disaster Tax relief. It tells me to fix it, so I uncheck the little box and hit complete and it tells me to just fix it again.

Did you take a disaster distribution from your pension funds between 2018 and 2020? A disaster distribution allowed you to spread the distribution over three 1040 tax returns.

If so, IRS Form 8915 will be needed to complete your tax return but that form is not yet available. See this TurboTax Help.

If you did not take a disaster distribution from your pension funds between 2018 and 2020, there may be a question that needs to be reviewed. Follow these steps.

Go to Federal / Wages & Income.
Scroll down to Wrap up income.
Continue.
At the screen Did you take a disaster distribution at any time between 2018 and 2020? answer No.

Now watch the headings under Federal closely.
