Question

Please, I need someone to call me? Your company has done an electronic debit 2x from my account at the bank, and it was never even authorized. WHY???

My bank account is now overdrawn status, because Turbo tax did an electronic debit of 110.99 2 times.  I  never even finished filing my return on line.   I  chose to use a different company,  and did so.   and Now, today, I see these two transactions on my account activity.    I  want answers,   and I better get them.

They would only take the fees out of your account if your return was efiled and accepted by the IRS and you choose to have the fees deducted from your refund but the IRS is taking too long to send it.  And they send 4 emails before debiting your account.

 

Better check if you actually filed a return through Turbo Tax
