How do I remove these from my fed filing?

    Do you mean the 1040ES vouchers?   Those are optional and you can use them or throw them away.   If you expect to owe at least $1000 at tax time next year then using those four vouchers to make quarterly estimated payments for your 2025 taxes can prevent an underpayment penalty and/or big tax due amount next year.   If you do not want to use them, you are not required to do so.
