Hello!
I’m currently expecting and should be delivering my daughter at the end of March/2022 or early April/2022. Can I wait to file my taxes for now and add her on as a dependent once she’s born and then file?

A child born in 2022 cannot be entered on a 2021 tax return.  You can add her as your dependent on the 2022 tax return that you will file next year.

No.    You cannot claim a dependent until the tax year in which the child is born.  Right now you are working on a 2021 tax return.   Your child will be born in 2022.   Next year when you file a 2022 tax return--in 2023---you can claim your child as a dependent.
