Pressed decline for turbo tax to share information, but needed to sign and date. after signed and dated I pressed accept by accident. how do I get back to that screen?

I clicked on the link. I saw different options. I am not sure what I need to do. I just want a chance to re-answer the question I answered when I first started. I want to decline. When I first hit decline it said I needed to sign. After I signed and put in the date I accidentally hit accept. How do I get back to that screen where I can sign and enter date and press decline?

You won't be able to get back to that screen directly. If you click on Protecting Your Privacy link above and then click on Manage your data you should be able to revoke your consent.
