Hi, I have an HSA account from previous years (2022) when I was covered by an HDHP. Since 2023 I have FSA and I have not contributed to my HSA. I am also not covered by a HDHP but by a PPO. How do I answer the following question:

MSA
None
Did you make any contributions to (obviously not) or take any distributions from your HSA in 2024, that is, did you pay for anything out of the HSA in 2024?
If the answers are No, then do not check the box for HSA account this year - you don't need to file an 8889 this year, so just skip the HSA interview.
