Print error
When I try to print my return, Acrobat opens and my return shows properly on the screen. When I choose to print, the first page of the return prints, then I get the message "Error printing on HP Laserjet XYZ". I have tried saving the pdf to my computer and printing the saved file with the same results. I have no problems printing from any other programs such as Word, Excel, etc. I have tried troubleshooting the printer and no errors are found. I have uninstalled and re-installed Adobe Acrobat DC and the problem persists. I have tried printing the pdf as an image get the same result. I am running Windows 10 and using TurboTax Home & Business. This problem began within the last week, I believe.
