I am trying to print worksheets from a prior year and can’t find them. All the help referees to adding a State, which is not on the TurboTax homepage of safari or TurboTax app on the iPad.

Yes, I just downloaded a NEW PDF file from my prior year 2022 tab. No worksheets are included in the pdf.

I also downloaded a 2022 and 2020 PDF from my test online account and neither include worksheets. It appears that TurboTax will only provide the actual tax return and not the worksheets for prior year online returns after the online editions close for the current tax year. TurboTax should include the worksheets for prior year returns after the 2024 online editions become available. This is what usually happens each year after the closing of the online editions. Wait for the 2024 online editions and try the PDF download again.

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

The worksheets will be included in the PDF download. If they are not it is due to the closing of the TurboTax online editions for tax year 2023. Once the online editions for tax year 2024 become available in early December the worksheets for prior tax years should be available.

I tried your solution and it does NOT work. Even if the “closing of the TurboTax online editions for tax year 2023” is in progress I can’t get the worksheets for my 2022 taxes using the above solution.
Also, I called TurboTax support and the told me the TurboTax does not keep the worksheets. Which i can’t believe, since there is no record for an audit. Support also said to login to the IRS website to get the worksheets. With is inaccurate, since TurboTax does not sent the IRS the worksheets.

Did you download a NEW PDF file from your prior year 2022 tab?

For any of the prior years of archived tax returns (in an "Online" account...but only back ~7 years), a newly downloaded PDF file, after the tax return was archived (after the end of the filing season)....that newly downloaded PDF should contain all of the worksheets. During the filing season itself, the main PDF is only the filing copy, but after archiving, it has historically been...everything.
