Prior year Roth IRA contribution

Can someone help me find out what to write down under the section “enter prior year Roth IRA contributions.” I’ve withdrawn all contributions I’ve made in the past and have started withdrawing earnings. I withdrew 400 in earnings in 2022 and 29500 in earnings 2023, what should I put down where it asks for “Roth IRA  contributions prior to 2023?” Do I write down zero because I have no contributions left in my Roth IRA only earnings and it was 400 in earnings that I withdrew?

Yes, if all of your contributions are withdrawn, you would record this as "0" since you have no Roth basis.

Thank you so much! Just in case it’ll help someone out…I withdrew $16,900 in 2022…$16,500 of that amount, was the last of the contributions I had made, the remaining $400 dollars were no longer contributions that I was withdrawing, but earnings, since I had no more contributions to withdraw.
