Problem e-filing

I've already paid my Fed and State taxes due online.  Now I'm trying to e-file my tax returns.  I've opted for mailing in my payments, but I can't get past the "How would you like to pay?".. "Credit card or Federal Refund".

I tried "Pay with a Federal Refund", but it kicks me out saying I don't have a refund coming.

How do I get around this issue?

If your trying to pay TurboTax fees you can contact the TurboTax Support Phone Number

If your trying to pay the IRS IRS Payment options

Tell the software you will mail a check.   TT never knows how, when or even if you actually pay your tax due.

I did just that.  I selected that I was going to mail my tax due.

For no other reason than I don't know what else to do, I will close TT and recycle my computer.  Then try again using the "mail in" selection.

I wouldn't have thought this would be an issue with this software.

    Okay, my bad...

What I misinterpreted what TurboTax was asking for my credit card/bank account info for payment of my state tax filing fee.

Too many hours dealing with our tax system labyrinth.

    Problem solved.
