Problem importing tax documents from Raymond James

When entering 11 digit document id for Raymond James import get an error message "Following fields have limits" and says to enter 11 digit id. I have entered the 11 digit id on my paper documents and get this error.  I have contacted my Raymond James rep and he says there has been no indication of a problem on their end. I have been using Turbotax for many years and never had this problem. If this isn't resolved this will be the last year I use it and I will be sure to make sure everyone knows about this issue.  By the way I see complaints online that others are having the same issue with importing from other companies.

If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser. Make sure any VPN or Anvi-Virus is turned off.

See the following TurboTax Help articles for potential fixes:

Sorry, I am not using Turbotax online. I'm using a download.   So this does not address my problem. I have document ID and input it to turbotax. It does not accept the code a returns the message about the limited number of characters and ask for the 11 digit document number, which I have already input. Can you explain why this is happening?

No response yet.  Really? There is a problem and I have not received anything close to workable solution. On the surface this would appear to be a glitch in the software.  I am just trying to import dividend and interest data and IRA RMds, so nothing complicated. I guess I will have to manually input the data.  At this point I have no confidence that there are other issues that will occur.  Good bye Turbotax.
