What type of problem are you experiencing on the "Other Interest and Dividends" page?

Interest and Dividends are normally entered in separate areas of the Income section in TurboTax, both Desktop and Online versions.

Although I wasn't the original poster, I have a problem on that screen of turbotax premier. The box "seller-financed mortgage" is automatically checked, and I can't even uncheck it. This doesn't apply to us, not sure why it is automatically checked, and not allowed to uncheck it.

I just visited that screen in TurboTax Premier, and didn't see a pre-checked box; I also didn't find any recent reports about this screen.

Try these troubleshooting steps:

Check your internet connection. Hardwired connections work best.
Try exiting TurboTax, restarting your device and starting TurboTax again.
Try using a different browser. Chrome usually works well.
Try clearing your cache and cookies.
