Problem with a 1099R

I have run into a problem with one of my 1099Rs and don't know how to resolve it.  I finished the federal taxes, but enountered a problem when TurboTax was checking it and really don't know where to turn at this point.

    You need to tell us more about the problem you are encountering. If you have an error message in TurboTax, what does it say?
