problems filing electronically, federal accepted after updating IRS pin, state still rejected, can't get it to resubmit state. Help Please!

Turbo tax was hard to find place to input pin, had submitted before realized not entered, both fed and state rejected twice till I found the updated pin, federal accepted, state still not. Turbo tax says submitted and wont let me resubmit.
