Question
product code number
I lost my product code number. I tried calling turbo tax about what to do about getting a new one. After being disconnected twice I was told to buy a new one and start over. I have been a loyal user for several years and it seem they could have offered more help. Any suggestions. I know losing the code number was my fault but they have my records and could have easily looked up my account to verify that I had bought the product this year. Any one else have any problems like mine. I would like to know of a solution.
