Program is still reporting CT forms are not available. Even after I received an email saying they were.Whats going on?

Hello,

I ran the TTCleanStatesTool successfully, i reran turbotax and it uploaded the CT state.

The date of the CT state was 12/12/2024 and the problem still exists, when I go to file my taxes

I get the message box saying we’ll help you finish your taxes soon, CT-40 ready soon.

If you scroll down in the article JotikaT2 provided, there is a section that say, "If this fix fails", and tells you to uninstall and reinstall TurboTax. This is what has fixed this issue for others.
