Property Manager vacation rentals-confused now with new VRBO K form

I am totally confused with the process now. Do I file a 1099 misc for my rental MGT fees that I receive? as " other income" or do I file a 1099 NEC...perhaps mispelled that?

As a manager you would report that income as part of your rental management fees. Include the new VRBO as part of your management income. It would not be 'other income' in your position. Do not enter the Form 1099-MISC, simply add it to your management income.
