Property taxes

I always get confused by the property tax numbers. What property tax numbers do I use?

 Do I use the amounts from my first installment for 2019 & 55% of that amount?  Or is there another number?  Is there anyway to obtain that number from a Treasurers Office?

You can claim the property taxes you actually paid in 2019, no matter what year these taxes apply to.
