QBI

I bought turbo tax premier at Costco.  I have used the product for many years in a row.  I recently remodeled our rental home beginning in one tax year and ending in another.  We were not renting for many months because of the major remodel and have large remodel expenses.  After the program routinely reviewed my taxes this year to make sure everything is correct, I think the program is asking me to fill in blanks about QBI Passive Op Losses for 2020.  I have very limited understanding about QBI.  That is why I am using turbo tax to help guide me through the process.  Why doesn't the program automatically fill in the blanks where I need the help the most?  I don't know what a passive operating loss is, let alone a QBI passive loss!!??  I think I need extra help to guide me through this process.  How do I get the help I need to fill in the blanks????  Is there a phone number I can call to talk with someone that can help me?
