I am a co-owner of a business, which is a multi member LLC (me and friend). No employees.  We are 50/50 on everything.  We were planning on splitting the quarterly taxes due as well, is there anything specific I should do or just submit on our respective SS #s?  Thank you!

Yes, you need to make personal estimated tax payments so you would report those using your social security numbers.

You can use this link to the IRS to make the payments online.
