I received my completed 2019 1040-SR return from Turbo Tax. It is said to be completed and ready to be filed by mail (cannot be e filed like my 2018 return) the return has no accompanying schedules like previous returns . I have various stock market investments which should require schedules. The 1040-SR form provided by Turbo Tax has just my standard deduction of 13,250.00 included and all the other blanks are simply zeroes. Turbo Tax has determined that I owe nothing and have let me know that the form is ready to mail. I also have social security income which doesn't seem to be accounted for any where. Please help.

You might be in the wrong account.  Go back in and enter the missing info.  Click on Add a State to let you back into your return.

You should be able to efile.  If not we can try to help you fix it.

That's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used
