Can I use Quick Employer Forms to create and submit my 1099's with Turbo Tax Self-Employed?

    This link was for 2019 taxes. I have been trying the steps outlined in this link and it says you must be using TT Business or TT Home & Business. I used TT self-employed last year and was able to file, I’m wondering if they removed this feature for 2020 taxes
