Quit claim deed - right of survivorship

My grandpa added me to quit claim deed with right of survivorship as joint tenant back in 2019. I never lived in the home as I have my own home.
The market value of property at that time was $97,000. My grandpa passed away in 2025, so the property is now fully in my name only. I am selling it for $120,000. How much will I owe for capital gains. I fall into the 15% bracket for capital gains.

DUPLICATE QUESTION.

Please do not post separate questions about the same issue. When information is scattered in multiple threads it's confusing and hard to follow, and hard to see the whole picture. You might get incorrect answers because someone sees only part of the discussion.

Please continue the discussion by posting a reply under your original question. Do not post any more replies to this second thread.

Furthermore, you still have not provided enough information to answer your question. You answered only one of the questions that I asked in the other thread. Please go back there and answer all of the questions, including what you said here, so that all of the information is in one place.
