Really disappointed with service with problems with getting stimulus check from GOVERMENT with direct deposit issue's you have not offered any help wit

If you had a 2019 federal tax refund and selected Direct Deposit, the bank routing and account number is sent with the e-filed federal tax return.  Just as it always has been ever since e-filing began on federal tax return over twenty years ago.

Or did you e-file the 2019 federal tax return with a federal tax refund and selected to pay the TurboTax account fees with the federal tax refund? 

If you had your TurboTax fees paid from your federal refund, you will get a stimulus payment from the IRS in a paper check. The IRS does not have your direct deposit information. It's possible the IRS may be able to work something out with TurboTax, H&R Block and all the other companies who used this type of service to get the direct deposit information to the IRS but for now you will get a check mailed to you.
