Recieved a 1095-A but don't have a W-2 do I need to file anything?

If you received a 1095-A form you need to enter this information into your return IF you are filing one.  Please see this FAQ for more information:  Do I need to file a federal return this year?

 

 

To do enter the 1095-A form in your return, please follow these steps:

  1. In the Search box at the top right of your screen, type 1095-a and click the magnifying glass.
  2. In the search results, you will see Jump to 1095-a.  Click this link--it will take you to the entry screen for the form.
