Recovery Credit, why is it not picking up the second received payment?

When filing, it prompted me to enter which stimulus payments were received in 2020, I received both. However, TurboTax was saying I had not received the second one or was eligible for the Recovery Credit. I have a feeling filing early this year was a mistake, I am now sitting at 25 days of no movement. I understand delays due to the pandemic and previous years filing being slower. Want to be prepared if this will cause an audit?

If you made a mistake in reporting the amount of stimulus received, the IRS will most likely identify the error and adjust your refund.

No mistakes made (at least I do not think so), when I entered both amounts it kept stating I “did not receive” the second one and that I needed to claim a $600 credit. It never gave me the option to opt out.

Assuming due to the error that is partially due to the delay in processing.

Previous payment information is no longer available in Get My Payment. See First and Second Payment Status.

First and Second Payment Status

The first and second Economic Impact Payments no longer appear in Get My Payment.

For information on these payments, view or create your online account and check your mail for IRS Notices 1444 and 1444-B.

Didn't Get the First and Second Payments? Claim the 2020 Recovery Rebate Credit.

If you didn't get the full amount of the first or second payment you were eligible for, you may be eligible to claim the 2020 Recovery Rebate Credit and must file a 2020 tax return even if you aren't required to file. The third payment will not be used to calculate the 2020 Recovery Rebate Credit.
