When Filing my taxes, according to Turbo Tax, I am due a Federal Recovery Rebate. However, line 30 is blank and it does not show any difference in my taxes.

Line 30 is present if you are claiming the Recovery Rebate Credit. Please check to be sure that you have followed these steps:

In TurboTax Online, to claim the Recovery Rebate credit please do the following:

Sign into your account and continue from where you left off
Click on Federal in the left-hand column, then on Federal Review on the top of the screen
On the next page titled Let's make sure you got the right stimulus amount, click on Continue
Follow the interview
TurboTax will determine whether you are entitled to any additional stimulus
Any stimulus amount remaining due to you will show as a credit on line 30 of your form 1040.

To check that the Recovery Rebate has been transferred to line 30 of form 1040 and included in your tax refund, please preview your form 1040 by following these steps:

In TurboTax, open your return
In the left-hand column, locate Tax Tools, click on the drop-down arrow then click on Tools
On the Tools Center page, click on View Tax Summary
In the left-hand column, click on Preview my 1040
Your form 1040 will display.
Scroll down to line 30 - Recovery rebate credit and you should see the amount of this credit on this line.

It says based on my return we should have received $, then it asks if I received that. I said no and entered the amount we received and hit continue. Then nothing. I skips ahead to finishing up the return. Maybe I just shouldn't actually receive more? But why would it says we do.

Have you tried viewing the tax return to see how much Recovery Rebate Credit you were given? The credit is reported on line 30 of the 2020 Federal 1040 tax return.

You can review the 1040 in TurboTax Online by following these directions.

Down the left side of the screen, click on Tax Tools.
Click on Tools.
Under Other helpful links, click on View Tax Summary.
Down the left side of the screen, click on Preview My 1040 to see the actual tax return that you prepared.
Down the left side of the screen, click Back to return.

You can print or view your full tax returns prior to filing after you have paid for the software.

In TurboTax Online, you are prompted to input stimulus check 1 and stimulus check 2 information under Review down the left hand side of the screen. You may also access your stimulus check choices by following these steps:

Down the left side of the screen, click on Federal.
Across the top of the screen, click on Other Tax Situations.
At the screen Let’s keep going to wrap up. Click on Let’s keep going.
At the screen Let’s make sure you got the right stimulus amount, click Continue.
At the screen Did you get a stimulus payment? you can update your stimulus check entries.
