Question

Redoing TT 2021. Mandatory update, Now Autoupdate wants a password I think it installed and I do not have. Am blocked from opening a program on my computer? What to do?

I just wanted to access my old return but it seems that I was forced to load the update and it has created a barrier password that was not there before!!!!

Is your 2021 data file password-protected?    Have you been using a Mac for your 2021 program?

Does it want the 16 digit License Code to activate the program?   Or does your tax return have a password on it?  Are you on a Mac?

"the 16 digit License Code" Where is this? Until this year I used hard copies - disks.
