Refund Advance setup issues

I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I'm doing my taxes and I'm doing my boyfriend's taxes and I'm trying to do a rapid refund for at least one of our refunds, and I'm sitting right on the edge of Filing. Both are complete, and I've been sent on to CK (credit karma) to set up the new checking accounts to even attempt the rapid refund for either return, but I get an error message when trying to even set up either CKMoney accounts saying " snap! something went wrong on our end, if refreshing the page does mot resolve the problem contact ....." from CK.. I refresh, no change. I contact them, no response.

I don't know what to do I can't get anybody at CK to respond I can't even find a phone number.

Any ideas? I'm so frustrated and really need to get this done asap.

Try to clear your browser's cache and delete cookies. A full or corrupted cache can keep some websites from functioning properly. If that doesn't work, try a different browser such as Safari or Firefox if you're currently using Chrome and vice versa.
