Refund advance "solution"

I never fully filed because I was waiting for the anticipated solution to the refund advance. I tried to go through it again and I am still being put through the loop. Is there something specific I should do?

 
I also updated my email on both turbo and credit karma as well as unlinked the accounts as I was told to previously. 
I've tried using a PC and the

 

android app and browser.

Also not helpful. I've spoken with 3 "specialists" now via phone and chat. All 3 have no idea what I'm talking about and insist that this error message has to be resolved with credit karma. They say this isn't something TT would be looking into at all. I tried to tell them about the email I received (above) and the other verified info on this forum but it still came down to "call credit karma" who then says "call turbotax". I've filed with turbotax since my first return at 18 years old but after this whole mess I'll likely end up having to file elsewhere. It's not about the advance itself or even the checking account. It's monopolizing the options and then brushing off the problems users experience especially wide spread issues. Though I don't necessarily "need" the advance, there are others that do that have gotten it without issue for years and are now hitting this unnecessary "road block" that no one seems to want to acknowledge.
