I need to correct 2022 from rejected to get in filed. I guess I have to make corrections to 2022 and paper file.

Should I paper file 2023 since I wont get a pin number in October 2024?

You will have to mail the 2022 tax return since TurboTax does not support e-filing of the 2022 return.

If the 2022 return was rejected for the 2021 AGI there is nothing that you need to fix on the 2022 federal tax return since the 2021 AGI is not needed when filing a paper tax return.

For the 2023 tax return, when asked for a 5 digit PIN for e-filing you can self-select any 5 digits.  Where asked for the 2022 AGI enter a 0 (zero) since the 2022 tax return was not received by the IRS.

If you are referring to the 6 digit Identity Protection PIN that you receive from the IRS each year, you can use this IRS website to retrieve the IP PIN - https://www.irs.gov/identity-theft-fraud-scams/retrieve-your-ip-pin
