Confirmed AGI from 2019 with IRS but 2020 return continues to be rejected for incorrect AGI. Any suggestions?

When the AGI does not work it is sometimes because the database was reset to zero. Try to e-file with zero AGI. If that does not work, then answer no to the question about whether you filed taxes last year. Then the AGI question will not be asked and you will be able to e-file.
