I keep getting my tax returns rejected after I get my correct AGI from my 2018 return, and I have even tried 0. What do I do to get my taxes accepted?

Sometimes e-file just doesn't work.  Even though you input the correct AGI, the IRS rejects it.  You may have to print and mail your returns.
