Removing Self-employed family leave credit and Self-employed sick leave credit from my return

Form 7202, Credits for Sick Leave and Family Leave for Certain Self-Employed Individuals (Taxpayer). This Form is used to figure the amount to claim for qualified sick and family leave equivalent credits under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act.
 

If you don't want to claim the credit you can delete Form 7202:

  1. Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
  2. In the left menu, select Tax Tools and then Tools.
  3. In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.
  4. Select Delete next to the form
