Removing the Upgrade to TurboTax Premier

Hi,

I have clicked the button to upgrade to TurboTax Premier on the promise that I could get tax assistance for a particularly detailed part of my return. However, I was informed *AFTER* clicking that button that the helpline, online chat, etc. are only available at certain times, during which I am *NOT* available (and will not be before the filing deadline). Therefore, I would like to undo the Premier status and go back to TurboTax Basic.

However, it seems that isn't an option anywhere in the UI.

Functionally, $100 was removed from my return and I got nothing out of it, and there's no way for me to get that money back.
