In 2022, I won a pair of earphones worth $50. The sweepstakes was held online. The company I won them from is based in China. I am a US citizen and was not located outside of the country at all in 2022. I also did not receive any kind of form from the company. Is the prize considered foreign income or miscellaneous income (or something else)?
