  • If i’m filing independently this year and was a dependent for 2023 taxes, what would i enter in for the AGI of 2023 when submitting my refund request? Is it the amount that my parents received last year, or would that not count since it wasn’t my personal refund?

    No you do not use their AGI.  If you didn’t file your own tax return (even as a dependent) you use 0 or say you didn’t file last year.
