Are both federal and South Carolina tax return and payment due dates for 2024 taxes delayed to May 1, 2025 due to the hurricane?

    Yes mostly. Federal payment is due May 1 with the actual return due by October 15. SC is due May 1 but will accept the federal extension for paperwork.
