I don't know what to do with this page and I cannot get past it.

I did not enter a carryfoward or back credit anywhere it is asking me to select the credit type for something I did not enter.

Since Form 3800 is a Business Credit, if you don't have a Schedule C for a Business, you can delete Form 3800 from your list of forms in your return.

In the left-side menu, go to Tax Tools > Tools, then choose 'Delete a Form' from the pop-up menu.

You'll see a list of all the forms in your return.  Use the Delete link at the far right for Form 3800.

After you delete the form, close TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies, and see if this resolves your issue.

In some cases, if you make any entry, even a zero, in a section TurboTax will consider it an entry. Since you are seeing a Review prompt for General Business Credit, go back to your Schedule C if applicable and check for unneeded entries you may have made in business expenses. Several users have had this issue specifically with the Energy Efficient Buildings entry.

In your Schedule C, under Business Expenses, search the list for "Energy Efficient Buildings". Select Update and delete the 0 that appears. This should resolve the issue.

If you delete the zero for Schedule C Line 27b and still can't clear Review, you may need to delete the Schedule C Worksheet in order to proceed. When you make an entry on that line, TurboTax looks for the accompanying Form for that issue.

To delete a form in TurboTax Online:

    1. Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
    2. In the left menu, select "Tax Tools" and then "Tools".
    3. In the pop-up window Tool Center, select "Delete a form".
    4. Select "Delete" next to "Schedule C Worksheet" if it appears, and follow the instructions.

Thank you for trying to help me.
I went to the Deductions and Credits section of the Federal return to review the Home Energy Credits Section.  Everything seemed to be entered correctly there.  I installed a new Air Conditioner and Furnace in my house in 2024.
It still is not allowing me to get past that review page of From 3800.
Also under the delete forms section I don't even see a Schedule C form listed.  And I have no idea how to delete a specific line item on forms in Turbo Tax.
If you can provide any more assistance that would be appreciated.
