what do Ihave to do to get turbo tax to help me take the required RMD because I failed to take any

    What do you mean?     TurboTax cannot help you take the RMD, you must take if from your own IRA. 

     

    Did you fail to take the 2019 RMD?   Have you taken it late in 2020?

     

    Do you need help to report the missed RMD on your 2019 tax return?

     

    Was this your first RMD (i.e. did you turn 70 1/2 in 2019)?
