Robert passed away in Oct of 2018 and even though my name is listed in the account information the welcome page still says welcome Robert.

Was Robert your spouse?  So sorry for your loss.  If your spouse passed away in 2018, you could file a joint return for 2018.  But now -- unless you have dependent children--you must file Single.  You should not use the same account that you used for the joint returns.  It is just too hard to get all of the spouse information out cleanly, and using that account will give you errors.  You should start over in a new account with a different user ID.  Keep of record of how to access the old account so you can get to it if you need to, and make sure you saved copies of earlier year returns in case you need them.
