Rolled small traditional IRA from Invesco to existing savings IRA at TD bank received no tax forms

How do I report this in TurboTax when all I have is the end of year statement from each company? No 1099R or 5489. The end of year TD statement shows "Ext Direct Transfer" less the $25 annual fee from Invesco. The Invesco statement just shows withdrawal to zero account.

was it a 'rollover' or just an account 'transfer' between two IRAs, usually done electronically over ACATS.  you can move IRA assets around partially or fully between institutions just as account transfers, like any other brokerage account, and would not generate a 1099-R or any tax reporting, provided the 'type' of account is the same.  If it's 401k to IRA that's a rollover, or IRA to Roth IRA then that's a 'conversion' etc,  and those would generate 1099-Rs.

If you are just changing custodians with a trustee-to-trustee transfer, you don't report that.
