I don't know where to enter my rollover amount. I have looked for the last hour how to do this. I can't find the question "Tell us if you moved the money through a rollover or conversion" no matter how hard I look.

I have filled out form 4852 and that doesn't seem to work. Help!

First question is about disaster distribution. Second is non-deductible contributions, then about missing a required distribution, then the end.

To clarify, was this distribution a RMD? If yes, please be aware you cannot rollover RMDs. If you took more than your RMD then you are able to rollover the extra amount. In this case you need to review your RMD answers.

    1. Click on "Search" on the top right and type “1099-R”
    2. Click on “Jump to 1099-R” and enter your 1099-R
    3. On the "Required Minimum Distribution" screen enter RMD for this account
    4. Select "Some of this distribution…" and enter the RMD amount (the rest of the distribution can be rolled over).
    5. Continue until you get the "Tell us if you moved the money through a rollover or conversion"/ “What Did You Do With The Money” screen.

‌Here are the steps to indicate the rollover in TurboTax Online:

    • Navigate to Federal > Wages & Income > IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R) Add/Edit
    • Enter the information from the 1099-R, continue through the interview questions.
    • Keep continuing though the interview. You will come to a screen that says "Tell us if you moved the money through a rollover or conversion." Select "I rolled over some or all of it to an IRA or other retirement account within the time limits (normally 60 days)"
      • Please note, if the 1099-R has code G in box 7 the follow-up questions will be different. In this
case, say “No” to "Did you move this money from a 401(k) to a Roth 401(k)?" and "Did you move
the money to a Roth IRA?" to indicate a rollover.
    • On the next screen, indicate the amount rolled to another retirement account.

I tried that. There is no question that asks  “Tell us if you moved the money through a rollover or conversion.” I filled out the 1099 and went thru the questions from beginning to end several times. I never encountered that question. I went thru each step carefully. That question is not there.

i checked to see if the software was up to date and it was. I don’t know where to go from here.

What did you rollover from and to?   What code is in box 7?  Did you try deleting the 1099R and enter it again Manually?  That can usually fix things and reset it especially if you imported it.
